March 2, 2024 - Saturday in diessenhofen, first BBQ of the year, pairing with steak - this wine is a bit too light for that. Will go better with pasta or cheese. Cherry, mushrooms, truffle, wet forest floor, vanilla, capsicum, very ample nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med falvor intensity, med tannins and med finish. Menthol, capsicum, mushroom, espresso, earthiness, like it. Not very ample mouth but enjoyable. Time to drink up though!
