  March 6, 2024 - I decanted this wine a couple of hours ago, which I recommend both for aeration and leaving behind the sediment in the bottle.
  
  The nose on this wine is giving me hints of dark red fruits, including plums. As you would expect, the color is a bright red with an orange rim.
  
  I am really enjoying the dark red fruits, including plum and blackberrry. The wine is very savory with some garrique, chocolate, and spices. The tannins seem to be fully integrated, but still firm. Great concentration, good structure, nice acidity and minerality too. It is at the beginning of its drinking window.
