  March 22, 2024 - Petit Crenn (Hayes Valley, San Francisco): Nose: Light and almost unripe stone fruits like peaches and unripe, crisp and crunchy white honeydew melon. Aromatic white flowers and clean minerals. Fresh cut starfruits surface with some food (asparagus).
  
  Palate: Dry crisp pears, bitter minerals, and grass. Lithe on the palate. Didn't not work with the asparagus but wasn't a crazy pairing. Might just need more air; it was almost flat and unexciting.
