  December 2, 2009 - my bottle, double blind to the group. double decanted 3 hours prior to drinking, left uncorked in cellar, and then splashed into decanter about one hour prior to drinking at the venue. single blind to me. i wrote down california rhone on my note sheet. thick tannins, and mild heat on the finish. the group enjoyed this a bit more than i did. a nice wine to be sure, drinking younger than it's age. hold.
