  December 20, 2009 - Wow. Hadn't been loving a lot of the PN/Chard blends I've tried, but this one was great. It struck the balance between the acidity and liveliness of a blanc de blancs and the weight/toast/nuttiness of great PN driven Champagne. Maybe my mood was just right (and a bottle of Burgundy I just tried had been tired), but this truly was great.
  
  Only downside was some roughness to the bubbles. It definitely wasn't the finest, but it was certainly tasty.
