  December 26, 2009 - This tastes much better to me than some of the notes below.
  
  Nose: licorich and pepper with some caramel. Lot's of fruit (strawberry and cherries?)
  Pallet: very smooth. Some peaty notes, with massive fruit forward. Tons of strawberries, caramel, chocolate and cherries.
  Legs: nice tannins that last for a good 30-45 seconds. Some woody (cedar?) and coffee notes.
  
  This is just a very smooth blend. Very complex layers of flavors and easy to pop and pour.
