  Later note: Amazingly, I forgot that I had recorked a 1/2 bottle and stuck it in the fridge...I left no airspace and used the old cork from the 750.... Tried it tonight, more than 2 weeks later and it was completely fresh and maybe a bit more open, really peppery. AMAZING. Never had a wine last that long.
