  February 27, 2010 - This is sublime; paired with a perfect lemon tart. The acidity of the lemons perfectly counterbalanced the sweetness of the wine. Rich apricots, undertones of coconut and creme brulee. Don't know if I can keep my New Years' resolution about not buying any more wine this year..this may make me do it.
