  August 3, 2010 - Dark red in color, slight bricking. Some dark fruit, menthol, and game on the nose. Smells a little dirty as well. I tasted some dark fruit but mainly a lot of herbs and something medicinal, a little phenol like. Not sure what to make of this but I'll let it air for a couple hours and revisit. Did show much better with roast chicken. Took the advice of previous notes that this one is past due. I agree.
