  October 9, 2010 - Light green-gold color. Awesome nose of sea spray, lemons, green apple. Beautifully balanced at such a young age, with bright acids complementing the white fruits, minerals galore and a long pure, lip smacking finish. Classic Chablis with a very long life ahead. What I really loved about this wine was that it didn't knock you over the head with huge flavors, it was just so cool, smooth and went with the raw shellfish beautifully. I would not open one for a couple more years.
