  November 19, 2010 - Nice straw color, medium bodied wine. Upon opening there's a great balance between body, acidity, some crispiness, and even the faintest touch of sweetness. Over 2 hours though the wine became a bit flabby and fat. The brightness sort of faded away and the wine became a little heavy and touch. Nose of petro, some lemon, and maybe golden apples. Nice wine, needs food, and should be served on the cooler side.
