  December 22, 2010 - This 11 year old wine, had no trace of any oxidation; the color was a perfect dark purple. We decanted and when we did the aromas filled the room of plums, prunes or any other dark fruit, touched off with a terrific vanillan background. The flavors were just as dramatic. Truly a great wine.
