March 15, 2011 - Decanted off sediment, rinsed bottle, poured back in and sealed. Opened 3 hours later for consumption. The wine still had some structure, a trace of fruit, and plenty of tannin. No signs of oxidation. About half way through the bottle (30 minutes or so) the wine died. A very nice, subtle, delicate experience, but still very enjoyable.
