  April 1, 2011 - This late-harvest is deceiving on the nose which leaves you with a very distinct impression of cat pee, orange peel and floral notes. Complex and almost fresh with nothing hinting at the sweetness to follow. The palate is full of white peaches and ripe pear with more flowers (lily of the valley, honeysuckle) and some nice minerality in the background. There is definitely some acidity missing to tie it all together. A little flat/flabby. Could still improve with age.
