  April 18, 2011 - Dark, Dark ruby. High viscosity. Nose of dark cherry, blackberry, meat and wet rocks. Big, ripe dark fruit on the palate, nice acidity, long finish with a bit of heat at the end, but I should probably have this a bit cooler. If you like big CA pinot this wine will be pleasing. I may try to cool it a bit and see if it helps the heat.
