April 15, 2011 - Popped and let breath for about 60 minutes, decanted for 30 minutes after that. Still tight, tannic, and wound. While there are some fantastic notes of dark fruit, fig, and even some leather, it's all still very youthful. I would let rest another 3+ years before touching this wine, the tannin still outweigh a very generous fruit offering. Hold.
