  May 15, 2011 - Popped and poured. Enjoyed with barbecue chicken. Nose and flavors of lemon, lime, ginger, minerals. Very crisp, wonderful citric acidity that cut like a knive through the sweet tanginess of the bbq sauce and left the palate refreshed and rejuvenated. Really nice wine.
