  The hardest wine of the evening to evaluate. The nose was slightly muted and on the palate the wine was also less expressive. There are dark fruits, oak and spice there but very reticent. The wine seems to have closed down for a period as I have read positive notes about the wine already 'singing' dating back to 04/05 by Neil Martin on RP. Either that or the wine has not been allowed sufficient time in the decanter. Hard to know and possible as this was not a formally run tasting. No chance to get a second try later as it had all been drunk.
