  June 27, 2011 - Right on peak. Drinking beautifully now, but fell over after a few hours. Intoxicating nose with plenty of secondary characters coming through - sour cherry, leather, soy sauce and funk. Gutsy full-bodied palate that screams out to be drank with red meat. Very satisfying.
