  July 26, 2011 - Great Table Wine from Elyse. Made a great red sauce with summer veggies over pasta and opened this bottle and what a great marriage. The wine has the spice of a zin, the smooth taste of a burgundy and the acid of a cab all in one bottle. Good nose, cherry, hints of blackberries and plum, nice bite and long finish.
