July 31, 2011 - A truly interesting wine. I am not used to the whole clay pot thing but I am impressed. Zin is Zin aged in clay or oak. It had a good punch to it. Garnet red with a heavy fruit forward mouth and prolonged finish. This one will hold up to the heaviest meat dish you can throw at it.
