  October 27, 2011 - 13% alc. Brilliant polished yellow. Mineral nose with a smoky character, deep and complex, notes of ripe apples coming through. Palate is balanced, mid-to-full body, nice complexity, integrated mineral character. Finish is minerally, long , spicy, frontal volume. Quite a recognisable expression of Chablis. 16.5/20 points.
