  December 26, 2011 - wow what a change from a year ago! the palate started with green tobacco on the front, followed by mixed berry, blue fruit, blackberry, pepper and some funk all riding over a bed of chalky mineral. deftly balanced acid provides a smooth finish. this is what i hoped for from cayuse.
