  December 24, 2011 - Beautiful and mature bouquet with garrigue. On the palate round and melted tannin. Concentrated and ripe fruits and good freshness. Beautiful and complex wine. Not really sure about when to drink this; maybe now, but it also might improve a bit with some more ageing. (This blind note has more or less the same conclusion as the bottle I tasted in Jan. 2011)
