  January 16, 2012 - - Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of black currant, black pepper and smokey. It's in total harmony and has flavours of coffee and dusty with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Decanted for 12 hours very well integrated smooth and supple dances on the palate with vibrant acidity. The finish is substantial and continues to evolve. Can't wait to visit my remaining bottles over the next few years.
