  February 4, 2012 - While this is a higher quality wine it is young, but I just couldn’t help myself. I had to see how it tasted now. With its slight youthful acidity, this Insignia held its own against spicy food well. Of paramount importance for me is the length of the finish. This one did not disappoint. I’m truly looking forward to opening up another bottle after a few years with a nicely aged steak.
