  February 11, 2012 - Required decanting like 1 hour to open up and settle at this stage. 1996 Medocs are now coming into game and are wonderfull wines. These are the ones to buy.
  Colour is still dark, some bricking maybe and glossy. The nose is textbook bdx, with good fruit, cedar and some earth. On the palate it is very much alive yet it is starting to show the greatness hiding all these years. Another great showing from what will definitely be a superb wine in 5yrs. 95 drink frm now but it will continue to improve. WOW!
