February 17, 2012 - The wine was served a bit cold. It is key to serve around 10 degrees. The cold brought out a lot of the citric flavors and we thought at times that it was too lemony (lemon peel tart). But as it warmed up its buttery smoothness mellowed out the acid. Demi.
