March 17, 2012 - K&L Best of Bordeaux Tasting 17-Mar-2012: Subtle beautiful perfumed warm spice and menthol/mint (cedar?) nose; dark slightly sour berry fruit (blackberry-raspberry, perhaps cherry) with notes of nuts, hints of smoke, hints of mandarin orange, hints of old dried herbs palate; smoky slightly bittersweet medium to long finish. Body medium or lower, acid medium or lower, tannin medium or lower. Can drink now. USD 150 as tested.
