December 9, 2006 - What a delicious white! If only I could find this wine here in Jersey. Was a perfect match with Chef Gary's spicy creamy jalapeno dip starter, barbeque sauce, cajun spiced escargot and shrimp & grits at Silver Oak Bistro. The fruit, minerality and slightly off dry taste provided a nice contrast to these spicy dishes.
