  April 15, 2012 - Formally, I'm calling this bottle flawed as it was oxidized enough that the sherry overtones were too much to be ignored. However, after tossing the remnants in the fridge, the next morning much of that was gone and yeasty, apples and lemon came through nicely. Ellner is great, even when flawed.
