  April 21, 2012 - I am a Bordeaux wine guy, but big respect to this California wine making..... this Shafer is a beautiful style of the California Cabernet wine......I am very impressed with this wine....... hedonistic chocolate and Cali Cab at its best..... this wine represents Stag leaps at its best. I have had all the big boys in Napa, but this is just a well made wine that represents great wine in the Napa Valley. Kudos.... and just enjoy this wine from this region in the world!!!
