  October 12, 2012 - Earth, cedar and licorice on the nose. Medium to full bodied, with cassis and dark fruit covering up soft, sweet tannins. Medium to long finish, but seems somewhat one dimensional. This is a wonderful wine, nothing is out of place. I expected more though, perhaps my expectations were a bit too high. This wine doesn't show much age, but its ready and should be great another 10+ years. Will try again in 2-3 years.
