  March 9, 2005 - Clear, almost colorless, some very fine bubbles. Fresh nose of kiwi, pear, and almond paste. Surprisingly sweet, with a rich mouthfeel, moderate acidity, and low alcohol. Finish is fine, but simple, with some saltiness (?) and a bit of citrus tang.
