  January 14, 2013 - Book Club - Italian Night (Bar Sugo): Pale yellow. Flowers, apple and pear on the nose. Good acidity and a hint of minerality. Medium finish. Really very enjoyable. Did not do much for the bland tuna crudo it was paired with and might do better against something with a little kick. (4+13+17+7)
