  January 20, 2013 - Dark red, almost plum color; fruity aroma; early fruit flavor with slight sweetness gives way to a hint of caramel with a medium finish. Moderately acidic as one might expect with more texture/structure than other Pinot's in my cellar. An interesting wine and certainly not your classic Pinot Noir.
