  February 26, 2013 - Nose fairly closed but opened over time to a sweet dark cherry and heavy pomegranate. A bit of must on the nose that cleaned up over time. Nice entry and very fruity and flavourful mid-mouth. A bit candyish with quite primary fruit. Finishes with a nice touch of pepper and very light tannins. A touch of leafiness on the finish as well. Clearly a new world concoction with the sweet primary fruit and very light wood complexity; well balanced and tasty overall.
