  May 1, 2013 - Drank at cellar temperature. Pours a very pale salmon, much lighter than most domestic roses. Nose of grapefruit peel, hint of rose and some citrus zest. Great mouth watering acidity. Good minerality, and medium finish. Not much fruit, but I really enjoy how dry this is. A step up from the 2011, with less of the slightly bitter finish of previous vintages.
