  May 9, 2013 - Opened and decanted for 1.5 hours prior to dinner. Very tight on opening. Wine was consumed with ribeye steak and sautéed mushrooms. Very complimentary with the food. As the wine sat open it got better and better. Three hours after opening, it was in full bloom. Great nose and huge full mouth flavors. Long finish. Great wine.
