Community Tasting Note

  • rocknroller wrote: 90 points

September 7, 2013 - Light-medium gold color. Drank 2 glasses over 2 hours. This started off slowly and built through the evening as it warmed. This shows a fair bit of yeast both on the nose and palate, fruit is predominantly citrus/lemon, the palate starts off pretty chalky with minerals and quite tart, but eventually rounds out quite nicely and softens its edges. Medium finish. Started at around 89 and finished a solid 90pts.

7/3/18, 9:38 AM - I know it was nearly 5 years ago, but do you have any idea how this might taste now?

7/3/18, 11:30 AM - I generally have found that the '99's age pretty well. I would think this is still doing just fine. I don't know that there's any further upside, but i would expect it to be very solid now and for a few years most likely.
