  September 18, 2013 - Deep straw.
  
  Nose of lemon meringue pie and hints of brioche and green apple. Velvety palate with white peach, lemon with balanced acid and excellent length.
  
  The nose was not hugely pronounced and suspect this bottle is not a prime example of this wine. When will the champagne houses put disgorgement dates on the bottles!?
