    September 23, 2013 - Perfect bottle.
    Dark, ruby, yet transparent.
You can smell the mineral here. Dark fruit that reminds me of Gevrey or Morey mixed with spice box á la Vosne-Romanée, but the mineral and elegance is undoubtly Chambolle and the fabulous parcell Musigny.
Raspberries, flowers, spices, crushed oystershells, pomegranate and strawberries.

This wine is a bit shut down at the moment. I had this wine 18 months ago and then it was fabulous. Young, fruity, opulent, massive and oaky. But now it is closed ... yet you can feel the potential.
The mineral is lovely. The oak starts to soften up a bit.
    Very focused wine.

Reminds me of Ofra Haza anno 1990.

10/12/13, 10:08 AM - Ofra Haza? That's an Israeli singer who passed away years ago.. Never thought I would see her name on CT :)
