  December 20, 2013 - Very enjoyable indeed. The color has darkened quite a bit since last bottle, and the body, taste has gained considerable structure. Brioche, slight baking soda, very fine bubbles and delicious citrus, apple, and nutty taste all in beautiful harmony. It is getting ready to be enjoyed.
