  December 26, 2013 - Clear, pale lemon, medium intensity with youthful aromas of honeysuckle, green apple, pear, lime, quince, lychee, melon, clove, hazelnut and petrol. Medium dry, full bodied with high bright refreshing acidity and low alcohol presenting medium intensity flavors of aforementioned profiles. Juicy, fruit-driven with waxy texture and mouthcoating viscosity leading to a long elegant evenly measured finish. Gorgeous stuff but still very primary. This will be interesting to track for at least a decade.
