  December 31, 2013 - Thanks for a wonderful gift Toby. Popped into a Decanter on New Years eve to match with paella. Immediately on the nose was a heavy scent of lush strawberries. As it aired in the decanter the wine evolved and kept providing a wonderful aroma and palate throughout the evening. Good balance of acidity and fruit and the tannins had been slowly eroded but still had a bit of bite. Fantastic drink and a great way to celebrate the new year.
