  March 14, 2014 - Decanted for an hour. Fantastic bottle. Complex aroma including blackberry, blue flower, herbs, and stone. Exceptional balance and complexity on the palate with notes of blackberry and blueberry, stone, earthy beets, white pepper, and much much more that comes with time in the glass. Elegant experience in stark contrast to previous bottle that was consumed and also enjoyed on the same night.
