  June 13, 2014 - Such a lovely and alluring wine with flavors of black fruits, licorice, violets and dark spices. Silky and smooth and quite mature, it is a medium-bodied Cheval and while delicious to drink tonight, it doesn't strike me as a profound vintage for this incredible wine as it lacks depth and the structure for continued aging. A gorgeous example of the terroir though and I'd drink this up soon. Beau Rivage, Geneva, 6/14
