  September 11, 2014 - A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon matured for 15-18 months in small oak barrels. 2009 was a very successful vintage for Romania and for this wine. Deep red color, the nose is well developed, intense and complex. It somehow resembles a Left Bank Bordeaux. Notes of cassis, smoke, paprika and spices make up the sweet and complex nose. Full bodied but supple on the palate, with assertive but well polished tannins, this is rich in flavors. Medium to long finish, with dark chocolate aftertaste (90-91/100)
