  September 24, 2014 - My first one of these. Delicious and refreshing. Ripe tropical fruits on the nose with a hint of the minerality to come on the palate. This leads with crisp, distinct flavors of grapefruit and other fresh fruits with just a hint of sweetness. Excellent mid body with great balance of fruit, minerality and proper acidity that keeps this constantly refreshing. Minerality takes over on the dry, pleasant finish. Excellent!
  
  This being my first bottle, I started this cold and let it warm to see where the sweet spot was. Definitely liked this better on the cool side as it kept the wine sharply focused.
