  November 17, 2014 - Day 1-slow O for an hr and then a taste. Dark garnet in color with a faint plum smell on the nose. Taste.....very tight and tannic. Seemed to get better with a bit of red berry fruit. Decided to cork up and try again on. Day 2-sort of a similar taste....the tannins are still there. Flavor spectrum still in the tart red berry area. Guess I will try the other bottle in a couple of years.
